We have a great opportunity to join our Delivery Excellence Practice. 

Our Project Delivery Managers effectively manage overall project performance and/or a major workstream to stay within scope, meet or exceed project schedule, manage risk, produce all required work projects and remain within the approved budget. The role holder will also be able to identify risk/issues, apply domain knowledge and define recommendations for resolution. As part of these projects/ workstreams the role holder will manage engagements or workstreams (potentially multiple) with mixed teams of Dufrain / Client / 3rd party resources. The objective will be to maintain a high quality of our deliverables in the project or major workstream.

You will demonstrate commercial acumen by leading on approved business development activities which demonstrable commercial value. This will be done through implementation and on-going management of engagement financials (e.g. budget, work orders, resourcing, etc.)

This role is right for an individual who has proven consultancy delivery experience, who will thrive working on a range of initiatives and projects with clients particularly in Insurance, Financial Services and Banking domains.

Essential experience:

• Project Delivery across advisory and technical delivery projects.
• Project Management skills including Agile – experience of delivering projects across the lifecycle from end to end.
• Senior stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with business/technical focused stakeholders.
• Experience of and capability to discuss client needs for both project delivery and proposal work – translating these into solutions and executing the project.
• Demonstrated ability or experience of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Experience of internal people development.
• Experience of leading people and teams on projects.
• Demonstrated experience of building internal capability and leading propositions and taking new ideas to market.
• Evidence of support, helping and leading sales.
