MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

We are looking for a bold, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our social media, website, content, and demand generation efforts. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can join the dots, be curious, and work collaboratively across the business, especially with SDRs, Partner and Portfolio Leads to drive outcomes for our clients and attract new business.

This role is a key part of scaling our marketing function. You’ll help shape and execute our digital marketing strategy, working with agency partners where needed (e.g. for technical SEO, PPC, and major campaigns) while driving our day-to-day digital presence and demand engine.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand & Digital Presence

• Own our LinkedIn presence – Craft and share high-quality content to boost brand authority and engage key audiences (Go-to-market, clients, partners).
• Lead content creation – Plan, produce, and optimise blogs, videos, case studies, and podcasts with SEO best practices.
• Website optimisation – Manage front-end updates, ensuring a seamless user experience, strong brand positioning, and demand generation impact.

Demand Generation & ABM

• Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) – Partner with SDRs and Portfolio Leads to execute targeted campaigns that fuel pipeline and revenue growth.
• Optimise lead nurturing – Build automated email sequences and workflows to convert prospects into customers, working closely with SDRs.
• Execute high-impact campaigns – Support both digital and offline initiatives, from event promotion to email campaigns.

Performance & AI Innovation

• Leverage data for smarter marketing – Track and report key metrics (website traffic, engagement, lead conversion), using insights to refine strategies.
• Embrace AI innovation – Explore and implement AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, campaign execution, and audience targeting.

• B2B Marketing Pro – Proven track record in a B2B environment, driving impact and results.
• Hands-On & Strategic – Able to execute daily tasks while keeping an eye on long-term growth.
• Collaboration Champion – Strong at managing stakeholders and building relationships with a ‘succeed together’ mindset.

Digital & Automation Proficiency

• Marketing Automation & CRM: HubSpot expertise
• Website & SEO: WordPress, Google Analytics (partnering with agencies for SEO)
• Creative Tools: Canva or Adobe Suite for standout content and creative
• Paid Social: Hands-on LinkedIn ads experience that drive results
• AI Enthusiast: Keen to explore AI for smarter, more efficient marketing
